Giovanni Bernardi established C.E.B. Plast (Centro Esterno Bernardi) in 1972, for the production of sacks and bags . The company grew over the years, developing and patenting the "Rain Stop" raincoat and "Skipper" shoe covers. We have become specialists in polyethylene processing, producing sacks, bags, rolls, handbags and shopping bags, work aprons, and a range of items for the home and food use, for footwear, clothing, and protection from rain.
